Born from Frustration, Built for the Wild

Thrillside emerged from a deep-seated frustration with the subpar quality of gear available for backcountry adventures in the Western U.S. As my personal expeditions intensified, I found that much of the expensive equipment I relied on failed to withstand the rigors of the wilderness.

Over the past four years, I’ve dedicated myself to designing and producing my own gear, subjecting countless prototypes to the unforgiving terrains of the Idaho backcountry. This hands-on approach to in-house prototyping has become a cornerstone of our design philosophy, ensuring that each product is not only innovative but also resilient.
