Field Notes #001 - "The Long Haul"

Field Notes #001 - "The Long Haul"

"If It Fails in the Field, It Never Makes the Cut"

Written from the back of the truck, somewhere in the West.

We build gear the same way we live - no shortcuts, no gimmicks, no room for failure.

The Nightshift 2500 Pack started as a sketch on the back of a wilderness permit. The T Bag was born from a duct-taped trauma pouch that just wouldn't stay put. The 6 Shooter? That one came after a 12-mile drift with warm beers and no good excuse.

Every product we make gets beat to hell in the field before it hits the store. We've frozen zippers on alpine ridgelines. We've buried packs in ash and sand. We've stitched, ripped, and re-stitched gear until it holds up to the standard we live by: if it doesn't survive a hard weekend, it doesn't deserve the badge.

We don't outsource our mission. We don't care about trends. We care about trust - in your gear, in your crew, in yourself. No one is coming to save us.

So whether you're posting up for a day on the range, punching miles into the high desert, or just crack one open after putting out fires (literally or otherwise), know this:

Your gear's been there before you. And it's ready to go again.
