Thrillside was born out of frustration due to poor quality gear in the Western US backcountry. As my own adventures grew more and more intense, I found the majority of my expensive equipment failing. Over the last 4 years, I have been designing and producing my own products for testing and development. Countless prototypes have been created and abused first hand in the Idaho backcountry, this is why in-house prototyping is such a big staple for our design process. Now with multiple notebooks of designs, Thrillside products have never been so close to production. To finalize each design, extensive research provides the most ideal production and operation processes for both Thrillside and our customers.
